He worked on several re-branding plans for hospitality clients wanting to tap new international markets, improve sales channel performance and identify new revenue streams.

Extremely well traveled, David has worked as a travel writer and is a published travel author. He has also been involved in the writing and concept development of internationally viewed travel television programmes.

Simpson David brings to Kvia Consultancy an expert ability to analyse situations with a proactive approach. He posesses the skills to develop and implement control and reporting structures matched with successful and timely financial solutions that ensure the maximization of ownership interests.

In addition, Simpson is responsible for financial planning, profit and loss statements, financial reporting and analysis.

Upon graduation from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountant (CIMA), he started his hospitality career at Aitken Spence in Sri Lanka.

Simpson has worked as a Financial Controller in the Maldives, Vietnam and the West Indies (Point Grace, Turks and Caicos Island). Before joining Kvia Consultancy, Simpson's most recent assignment was with the renowned Fregate Island Private in the Seychelles.

Simpson is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountant and a Member of the Institute of Data Processing Management in the UK. He completed the ISO 9002 Lead Auditor Course conducted by SGS International Certification Service UK and collaborated with Neville Clarke UK. Simpson is also a Diploma Holder in Computer System Design.

Hemant Chauhan is a certified Sommelier and experienced food and beverage professional with over 10 years of diverse experience in the luxury hospitality Industry.

As a passionate hotelier and avid traveller, Hemant has worked for major chains like the Four Seasons Hotels, One & Only Resorts, Capella Hotels and Resorts and Oberoi Hotels in destinations like Washington DC, New York, Singapore, the Maldives and India.

He has successfully spearheaded pre-opening and refurbishment projects in New York City and Singapore and actively played a part in formulating training programs and F&B market feasibility studies for various hotel companies. Collaborations with renowned chefs like Joel Robuchon, Dominique Filoni and Georges Blanc helped conceptualise and develop some of the most innovative restaurants in the current F & B Industry.

Born in India, Hemant holds an MBA from Essec Business School in Paris, France. His broad array of experience across resorts, restored palaces and business hotels has given him a wealth of experience that includes a strong network of highly skilled individuals and talents.
